The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Draft Slot, LLC, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

This includes, without limitation:

  • The specific written expression and presentation of game rules, instructions, and educational content
  • User interface designs, graphics, and visual elements
  • The structure, sequence, and organization of the Service
  • All software code, algorithms, and technical implementations

All entries must be submitted before the applicable deadline. Once a draft begins, entries cannot be modified. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that we determine, in our sole discretion, was submitted in violation of these Terms.

5.2 Scoring

Points are awarded according to our published scoring rules. In the event of any discrepancy, our determination of scores shall be final and binding. We reserve the right to correct any scoring errors.

5.3 Prizes and Rewards

Any prizes or rewards offered are subject to separate official rules. Draft Slot is a game of skill and entertainment. No purchase is necessary to participate in free games.

6. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including sports league data and team information. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Team names, logos, and league marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Draft Slot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, or any professional sports team.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAFT SLOT, LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification
