Draft Lottery

A lottery determines the first 2 picks among non-playoff teams. Picks 3-16 are assigned in inverse order of regular season standings for non-playoff teams.

Lottery System

Teams can move up a maximum of 10 spots in the lottery. Only the top 11 seeds in the lottery are eligible to win the #1 overall pick.
